The VIRB XE Auto Racing Bundle has everything you need to tell a better story about your day at the track. VIRB XE combines an HD action camera with G-Metrix sensors, so it not only shoots rich, high-definition video, but it also can overlay detailed G-Metrix data on your footage. With built-in sensors, you'll see your speed, lap times, elevation, G-force and more; and with the included OBD2 Data Relay, you can add racing-specific performance stats. The VIRB XE Auto Racing Bundle also includes an interior suction mount and 16 GB microSDTM card.

HD Recording,Photos and Audio

Record every lap in 1080p/60fps full HD through a high-quality, wide-angle lens. Built for truly rough conditions, VIRB XE provides gyro-based image stabilization and crisp, breathtaking 12 megapixel photos at up to 30 frames per second. With its high-quality, built-in microphone, VIRB XE lets you capture clear audio, as well as wireless HD audio from Bluetooth®-enabled headsets or microphones. And with 2-hour battery life, you have plenty of power to capture your races.

G-Metrix Data Overlays

Did you really set a personal best lap time? With G-Metrix, you can now prove it to friends with detailed data overlays in your recorded footage, such as speed, distance and G-force.With the added OBD2 Data Relay sensor, you can add real-time, on-board vehicle diagnostics to your videos. This reliable, easy-to-install, wireless sensor transmits vehicle data to your compatible VIRB. And since the sensor won't drain your car's battery, you can leave it plugged in after the race.

With simple, 1-touch pairing, the compact, 2-inch long OBD2 automatically syncs driving data — speed, RPM, MAF rate, torque, throttle position, engine load, intake, coolant and fuel rate — so you can easily track and overlay this data on your video. It's compatible with all 1996+ cars and light trucks sold in the U.S. (except hybrid or electric vehicles).

VIRB Mobile App and Edit Software

Start shooting with a 1-touch record switch on the top of the camera, control your VIRB with a fenix 3 (or other compatible Garmin device) as a remote, or connect 1 or more VIRB cameras to the Garmin VIRB® Mobile App on your compatible smartphone or tablet.

With the app, you can line up your shot with live video preview, control and view multiple cameras, playback and edit recorded footage, overlay G-Metrix data and post and share your videos online.

Plus, our free VIRB® Edit software gives you the ability to edit footage, add music, switch between camera angles and adjust G-Metrix gauges, and it will automatically keep your camera's' software up to date.
