For this reason, we offer an easy 7 Days Return Policy from the delivery date. Please use the following guidelines to process a return:
- Most items can be exchanged or refunded for any reason within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition within the original packaging, with all the tags and labels attached and inclusive of all original spare parts, accessories, and documentation such as manuals. Items that are not returned as described above will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
- You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
- All Products carry a warranty as offered by Global Mart. Accessories, Consumables are not covered under warranty.
- In case of out-of-the-box failures brought to “Global Mart” notice within 7 days from the date of purchase, the product will be replaced with the same model upon certification of the defect pursuant to the warranty terms. In case of non-availability of the product, an equivalent product within the same price range or a refund shall be provided. Replacement will be entertained subject to return with accessories and catalogs.
- Products brought to Global Mart for refund, exchange, and/or return should be in good condition, unused, with original packaging (along with accessories) & unregistered to any Garmin registration website.
- In the event of a refund, the refunded value will be equal to the paid cash value. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment made by the Customer during the purchase and will be handed over within 14 working days from the date of refund acceptance. The costs of delivery and installation (if applicable) shall not be refunded.
- Upon request of refund, admin fees and bank charges will be deducted from the original amount.
- All civil disputes shall be addressed under the jurisdiction of Pakistan laws.
- Invoice copy and successful completion of the transaction would be treated as acceptance of above items and hence shall be applicable.
