In this 5-day outdoor adventure, you can join her in her own backyard playground of Moab, Utah to pedal, paddle, and rappel your way across the desert gym using the elements as your resistance. With the Red Rock Reboot, Natali has combined all of her favorite passions into one ridiculous retreat in Moab, UT. It’s a 5-day outdoor adventure where you’ll SUP, ride bikes, workout, and more around the desert. To help clients get in-shape for this retreat, Natali came up with the PRETREAT – a 30-day program composed of 6 workout videos that you repeat every week for the month before the retreat to help lose weight, build muscle, and gain confidence. Each day features a style of training that will help teach and guide you into developing your very own sustainable fitness routine. Every individual who signs up for the PRETREAT will also receive their very own Garmin vivosmart HR to help track and understand their body.
During the 5 days and 4 nights of the Red Rock Reboot, there will be an optional energizing flow of both yoga and fitness every morning or evening, followed by fresh juice and hand crafted breakfasts that pair nutrition with the day’s activities. Each afternoon, Natali will challenge your fitness levels with sports like, canyoneering, mountain biking, and stand up paddling on the river. After a full day of adventuring, you’ll return to private cottages where your evenings are free to explore Moab – checking out the local trails, dining in or out, and deepening conversations.
